ZEI Future of Europe Observer, 2022, Vol.10, No 2

Abstract

This issue of the Future of Europe Observer focuses on the Conference on the Future of Europe. A year ago, at the beginning of the conference, ZEI presented 25 ideas, which are now supplemented by 15 more at the end of the conference. In addition, an overview of the Conference and its results is provided, as well as a text dealing with the political theory of deliberation as the basis of the citizen participation process and a contribution on a possible follow-up.

Im Mittelpunkt dieser Ausgabe des Future of Europe Observer steht die Konferenz zur Zukunft Europas. Vor einem Jahr, zu Beginn der Konferenz, hat das ZEI 25 Ideen vorgestellt, die nun zum Abschluss der Konferenz um 15 weitere ergänzt werden. Darüber hinaus verschafft diese Ausgabe einen Überblick über die Konferenz und ihre Ergebnisse und liefert einen Text über die politische Deliberationstheorie, welche die Grundlage des zurückliegenden Bürgerbeteiligungsprozesses darstellt. Außerdem beschäftigt sich ein Beitrag mit dem möglichen Follow-up zur Konferenz.
