Mudando tudo sem mudar nada

Abstract

Este artigo investiga como se efetuou o movimento político feminino entre 1945 e 1955 na Argentina, especificamente dentro do Partido Peronista Feminista. Desta forma, os objetivos específicos são, em primeiro lugar, apresentar um breve relato sobre a história da América Latina, fazendo uma contextualização geopolítica da região. Em seguida, apresenta-se brevemente a situação a partir das bases do peronismo, suas características teóricas, políticas, econômicas e sociais. A seguir, analisa-se o objeto central desta pesquisa: o tema dos movimentos femininos liderados por Eva Perón. Os autores utilizados são Díaz (2005) e Olguin (2013). A última parte aponta algumas críticas ao cenário argentino da época, bem como aos movimentos de justiça social empreendidos pelo Partido Peronista. Para isso, o quadro teórico conta com textos de Barros (2016) e Perrig (2015). Para a construção da ideia de Progressismo-Conservador, o fio condutor teórico que guia nossa pesquisa são os textos de Barry (2007, 2008, 2011a, 2011b, 2011c). É dado foco especialmente àqueles centrados no desenvolvimento dos movimentos políticos femininos que consolidaram a participação das mulheres no processo democrático argentino e na criação e expansão do Partido Peronista Feminino, assegurando certos avanços políticos para as mulheres através do que se conheceu como Justicialismo Social.

<strong>Changing everything without changing anything: The conservative progressivism of Peronism between 1945-1955</strong><br> This paper investigates how the female political movement occurred between 1945 and 1955 in Argentina, specifically within the Feminist Peronist Party. In this paper, the specific objectives are: first, to provide a brief overview of the history of Latin America, placing a focus on the geopolitical context of the region; and second, to briefly present the situation from the perspective of Peronism, including its theoretical, political, economic, and social characteristics. Next, the research focuses on the female movements led by Eva Perón, analyzed using sources from Díaz (2005) and Olguin (2013). The last part points out some criticisms of the Argentine scenario of the time and the social justice movements undertaken by the Peronist Party. Moreover, the theoretical framework includes texts from Barros (2016) and Perrig (2015). For the construction of the idea of Conservative-Progressivism, the theoretical guiding thread that guides our research is the texts of Barry (2007, 2008, 2011a, 2011b, 2011c). Focus is given especially to those centred on the development of female political movements that consolidated the participation of women in the Argentine democratic process and the creation and expansion of the Feminist Peronist Party, ensuring certain political advances for women through what was known as Social Justice.
