dc.description.abstractIn this work I study the impact of different types of frames on decision making behavior. I show that the visual frame of disclosure documents influences investment and beliefs into a mutual fund. In the second part of the Dissertation I use eye-tracking to shed light on the underlying processes of framing effects. Finally, I show that framing has a strong impact on leader and follower behavior in a public goods game with leadership.
